Marlborough Sounds Deck

Scope of works: Engineered design deck extension involving removal of existing steel balustrade, putting in 15 4 - 6 metre timber poles on the side of a steep cliff, extend deck out an additional 55sqm and install new glass balustrade. 

 

Location: Bay of Many Coves, Malborough Sounds

 

Time of job: 8 week job over two separate stints

 

Challenges of job: boat access only so have to barge all materials in, steep site, lots of native bush to maneuver around
